2025-26 KENSTON HIGH SCHOOL TICKETING AND SPECTATOR POLICIES

HOMETOWN TICKETING (ONLINE TICKET SALES PLATFORM)

All tickets are available for purchase online.  Unless stated differently, all tickets cost $8.00 for adults and $6.00 for students.  There is no additional service charge for online ticket purchases – fans will save time by purchasing all of their tickets online.

The student “All Sports Pass” is redeemable on the HomeTown Ticketing Site with the student’s Kenston Student ID number serving as the sales code.  The system will also require additional specific information to ensure the security and uniqueness of each order. Please see instructions below for redeeming the student passes.

SPECTATING AND TICKETING GUIDELINES

Visiting Spectators at Kenston

To avoid unwanted conflict and to ensure acceptable seating capacity, we require all visiting spectators to sit in the areas marked for visitors.

In our main gym, this area is located on the side opposite of the team benches and scoring table area.  In our stadium, this area is located on the side opposite of the press box.  In our ice arena, this is the area located to your right as you enter the rink area.  On our ball fields, these are the areas along the visiting team dugouts.

Away Games

Kenston is not responsible for ticket sales at opponent venues.  Ticket policies for away opponents will be communicated to families when information becomes available.  All opponent ticketing sites are located on our athletics website.

Ticket Specific to Event

Tickets are good only for that date and particular event and are not redeemable for tickets to any other events.  Tickets are therefore null and void after the date of the event regardless of whether or not they were used for admission.

Kenston Staff Attendance

Kenston employees and one guest are entitled to complimentary admission to all regular season home events with the furnishing of a Kenston ID.

Senior Citizens and Children

Individuals over the age of 60 and children 5 years of age and younger will receive complimentary admission to regular season home events.

WEATHER PLANS

Cancellations

If an event is cancelled prior to start, we will either issue a refund or allow you to present your ticket for admission to another event.

If an event is ruled a complete game after a weather delay or shortening of the game, tickets will be considered redeemed whether or not they were used to enter the venue for the contest.

Emergency Action Plan (Stadium)

We may experience delays during our outdoor contests due to lightning or other inclement weather.  Spectators should follow these instructions until guided to return to the stadium or to go home:

·        The venue will be emptied

·        All spectators should return to their vehicles

·        All opponent student-athletes and personnel should return to their busses

·        Our home team will be directed to a dedicated space in the fieldhouse and/or in the Kenston Middle School locker rooms

·        Gate workers should go to either the home or away ticket booths

·        Press box and concession workers should remain in their areas with the PA team making all necessary announcements

·        Our game managers will help to coordinate information to teams and spectators

CONCESSIONS

We will generally have concessions available for each of our varsity-associated events located in the stadium and main gym.

Attendants follow all Ohio Department of Health Protocols.

Credit card and cash options are generally available at each of our concession sites.
